Charter Revision Commission

Creation of the Charter Revision Commission is provided for under section 14.03 of the Charter of the Hartsville/Trousdale County  Government. The Commission is authorized to hold hearings and make recommendations to the County Commission regarding amendments to the Charter. It has 10 members, one from each Commission district who are nominated by the Mayor, confirmed by the County Commission, and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.  Meetings are held as necessary when items are brought to the Charter Revision Commission.
