Accounting & Finance

The Accounting Department serves directly under the Mayor.  It encompasses the budget, payroll, accounts payable, and purchasing.  Below you will find the current and previous years' budgets, audits, financial reports, current BID and Requests for Proposals (RFP / RFQ), Purchasing Policies, and contact information for the department.
